Vertical scroll bar does not display in the iOS Safari browser. As a result, unable to download PDF-related agreement.

Steps to Reproduce
Attempt to download the PDF-related agreement by scrolling down using the iOS Safari browser.
Root Cause
A bug is present in iOS with displaying PDFs in iframes that truncates the PDF file to display only the first page like an image without any vertical scroll bar.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change :Use GDocs Viewer as pass through for documents.
