For VISA RC 53- 6b, System is not allowing to perform Chargeback whenever user gives a future date for Field:
“CardHolder received or expected to receive the services on”.

Steps to Reproduce
On C 53-b, put a future date for "“CardHolder received or expected to receive the services on".
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply Hfix-30074
Change 1:
Incorporated a future date validation for this question across the application. As part of this user story we updated the validation at the property level so that it will have impact across the application.

This question should not allow future date.
Change 2:
Removed the future date validation for the following question across the application.
