Visual Business Director does not open up

Summary
Clicking the Visual Business Director (VBD) link at the bottom toolbar, opens a blank tab.
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Click on the VBD link at the bottom toolbar.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. User is using IE 11, this works fine on IE 10.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.8. Untill then user is recommended to use IE 10 before upgrading to Pega 7.1.8 release.
