While opening a work Item, upper part of harness is hidden/not showing.

Root Cause
While opening a work object the scrollbar is moved to the middle of the screen.
Resolution
Provided a Loca change to remove the focus on to the first element which is present of the middle of the screen. Place the code in the top of the section where the reported behavior occurs.
