While printing WO, & Aligment is not proper in the PDF

Summary
while printing the WO by using pega OOTB function.grid headers and buttons are not coming in download PDF file (CSS styles are not coming)

Steps to Reproduce
1) Open Designer studio.
2) Run any case and try to print it.
3) In the PDF format certain alignment issues occur.
Root Cause
The issue is due to certain settings in IE which prints title , URL and disables background colours.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In IE File-> PageSetup -> Under the headers and footers section -> make title and URL to Empty and check print Background Colors and Images option.
