Wizard status is not updated after Purge process is run

You, as an application developer, configure Archive/Purge processing in the developer environment to PURGE work items. During testing, you are unable to confirm that the PURGE process actually runs.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using the configuration wizard, configure instances of the Archive/Purge configuration
2. After configuration, monitor the wizard for status of the process
3. Observe that after monitoring, the wizard status never appears to update.

Root Cause

This issue is traced to the <DATA-AGENT-QUEUE>Pega-ImportExport agent: the agent is not enabled. You are unable to view Agent status since you do not have access to PRPC System Management Application (SMA).

Enable the agent instance Pega-ImportExport agent on the specific PRPC Node Instance. You can now monitor the progress of the process from the Wizard status.
