Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to Email/Letter correspondence screen.
Root Cause
In Pega7 (IE Standards), we should not use the span element in CAInitCorrScripts HTML, while preparing the OpenAuthoring object.
Resolution
Remove the Span element from CAInitCorrScripts HTML. Word launches fine now.
