Word Template is not getting created

Summary
User was not able to generate documents / templates from PRPC.
Error Messages
Initialization failed: Could not open macro storage. Source Location False. Determine Word Template folder.
Steps to Reproduce
Try opening a word template
Root Cause
The newly created URL was not added as part of the secured website on Internet Explorer.
Resolution
Added the website under trusted site category resolved the issue.
