Workbasket is accessible to users who do not have access role

Summary
User configures a workbasket with a particular access role. However, the workbasket is accessible to users who do not have that access role.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a workbasket with a particular access role
- Add the same access role to an access group. Users from other access groups who do not have the specified access role are able to retrieve items from the workbasket
Root Cause
The rule access role to object was configured incorrectly.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Add an access role to the workbasket record
- Add the below access settings to the Assign- class for the role
- Add the above access role to the access groups for which access for the workbasket is required. The 'You are not authorized to perform this assignment' message must display to other access groups that do not have the above access role, on opening items from the workbasket
