Workbaskets configured in an application display on a dropdown

SA-94822

Summary

All the workbaskets configured in an application display on a dropdown.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Configure the dropdown to display data from pyWorkbasketsInMyWorkGroup of the Pega-EndUserUI-07-10-17 ruleset
  2. Click the dropdown

Root Cause

The dropdown is configured with the source as the pyWorkbasketsInMyWorkGroup report definition in the Pega-EndUserUI-07-10-17 ruleset. All the workbaskets configured in the application display. This out-of-the-box report definition rule uses the .pyWorkGroup = pyDisplayHarness.pyActiveWoorkGroup filter condition where the pyDisplayHarness page is unavailable. Therefore, all the rules display.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Perform a Save As of the available out-of-the-box pyWorkbasketsInMyWorkGroup rule to the application ruleset
  2. Modify the filter condition as .pyWorkGroup==OperatorID.pyWorkGroup to display only the workgroups associated with the current operator
