Summary
Worklist entries of a user are appearing with another user.
Assignments presented by the task (for example, launching tasks from CPM portal) for a user appear in another users's worklist. This occurs intermittently and stops when the user logs out and starts a new IE session and logs in.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch a task from CPM portal. Task presents an assignment for the user. If you refresh worklist for another user then the assignment is shown there.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment.
Resolution
This was an issue caused by the application code. The property set was wrong
pxRequestor.pyUserIdentifier = Param.UserIdentifier
In an activity and Param.UserIdentifier was set to some arbitrary user.
After performing this property set, anything done by the current logged in user was appearing the worklist of the user identified in Param.UserIdentifier.
