Wrong encoding special characters ' in Report Definition

Summary
The user noticed that when Report Definition is executed special characters are not getting displayed properly.
Error Messages
No such error message. Instead of inverted apostrophe ( ' ) it is showing '
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition.
- In the sort cut report title put apostrophe(') .
- Observe the behaviour.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules because of which the title is coming in encoded form
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
crossScriptingfilter was added for documenttitle for security.
This is expected behavior.
