WSDL missing root node "pagedata" after upgrade

Summary
Incorrect SOAP service WSDL structure after upgrade from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.8.
WSDL does not have mandatory elements.

Steps to Reproduce
Import 5.5 SOAP Service into Pega 7.
Root Cause
The WSDL generates the same except that Pega 7 elements do not have "pagedata" root element.
Resolution
The behavior is expected. The "pagedata" root node element observed in PRPC 5 platform is not part of the structure in Pega 7 platform.
