Steps to Reproduce

1. Suspend the case for SLA on particular screen.
2. Once SLA time is reached, the case is lifted automatically. Open the assignment to observe the error.

Root Cause

A When rule was configured on flow action security tab. This rule evaluated to false since some of the properties, that you are trying to check-in are not present on the clipboard.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change : 

Update the flow such that the properties are populated on to the clipboard. When rule evaluates to true.
