A customer, John Phelan, previously disputed a transaction citing concerns of fraud. A fraud claim was opened by customer service representative Kelly Goodhue. The case is now in the queue of Anand Bullock, a dispute specialist. Anand must resolve the disputed transaction using Visa Claims Resolution.
