Career Goals

To leverage my technical and professional expertise to learn and grow in the fields of Information Technology and Software Development.

Let’s start off by learning a bit more about your life prior to Pega. Where are you from originally and what is your educational background?
I’m originally from India and my educational background is in Computer Science and Engineering. I started my career at Tata Consultancy Services in India as a Java developer and I’m now living in Sweden with my family where I work for Arbetsförmedlingen.

What motivated you to learn how to use Pega?
Arbetsförmedlingen organized a trainee program with Pega and it seemed like a great opportunity. A low-code platform took some getting used to since I have a traditional coding background but Pega has made everything easy as a visualizable tool.

How has Pega shaped or impacted your career?
Pega made my life “stress free” when it comes to work-life balance. My career is growing on a regular basis and I’m excited to see what’s next.

What message or advice would you give to anyone who is considering a career as a Pega Developer?
If you are interested in application development and problem solving, becoming a Pega developer is an ideal career opportunity for both beginners and experienced professionals.
