Meet Gabrielle

Let’s start off by learning a bit more about your life prior to Pega. Where are you from originally and what is your educational background?

I graduated university from Pennsylvania College of Technology, earning a Bachelor’s in Software Development and Information Management. I also decided to take a few extra classes to become not only technical, but business oriented as well. That’s why my minor ended up being Business Administration/Analytics.

What motivated you to learn how to use Pega?

I was motivated to learn the technology once I discovered that Pega was a leading business process management (BPM) tool. As I researched more about Pega, I found that it was exactly what I was looking for to help accelerate my career. I loved that Pega helps save time and gives the opportunity for everyone to get involved in development, which produces quality solutions.

How is Pega changing the organization where you work?

At SkillStorm, Pega is creating promising career opportunities for those who are in the information technology field. Trainees are given the opportunity to learn from knowledgeable instructors that have years of experience with Pega. What message or advice would you give to anyone who is considering a career as a Pega developer?

Pega is a very powerful tool and it is capable of more than you can imagine! Pega is a more hybrid and futuristic approach to developing applications compared to traditional programming.
