Tell us a bit about your Pega journey - What was your motivation to pursue CLSA certification?
I had no knowledge of Pega before joining TCS, but I fell in love with Pega from the first day of my CSA training. The look and feel of the Pega platform and the short amount of time it takes to make Pega applications production-ready is simply amazing.

After working on a few projects as a CSSA, I felt ready to start looking into the LSA certification process so that I had the ability to take my career in any direction that I chose for myself in the future.

What were the most significant obstacles that you faced on your path to become CLSA certified? How were you able to overcome those obstacles?
Certification cost was a major concern, but being accepted in the Accelerated CLSA Journey program allowed me to take each level of CLSA exams free of charge.

I was also concerned about whether or not I would be able to study for the exams on top of my full-time job. The forums on Pega Community were a huge help as I was able to connect with experienced LSA’s around the globe who walked me through the exam process and answered all of my questions.

What message or advice would you give to anyone who is considering a career as a Pega CLSA?
Don’t even think for a second, just go for it. Becoming a CLSA will increase your market value and transform your career.
