Pega Care Management access roles and privileges

Pega Care Management includes a set of predefined access roles and privileges for the standard application user roles. You can modify these roles to meet the needs of your organization.

The following table lists the access roles and the Pega Care Management features. An X in the table cell indicates that the person with the specified role can access the corresponding feature. There might be a situation where you want to change a role. For example, if an organization wanted the PegaCare:UMCoordinator to help with new program enrollments or new program referrals, you would need to modify the access for this coordinator.
