Pega Knowledge Hotfixes

The following tables list required hotfixes for the Pega® Knowledge application. To request a hotfix, go to your account on My Support Portal. Click +Create and select Request Type > Existing Hotfix Request. Enter and verify the hotfix details and click Submit.

Import each type of hotfix in the listed order during the Pega Customer Service or Pega Knowledge installation or upgrade:

  • Apply Pega Platform hotfixes immediately after the Pega Platform installation or upgrade.

  • Apply Pega Knowledge hotfixes just after you complete the application bundle import.

HFix-33755The Dashboard preference should be setup for an access group, operator or workgroup; instead it is set to DEFAULT.
HFix-33775The link shared in the correspondence template to open a post in the community portal is not working properly.
HFix-35239Users in the interaction portal receive duplicate tag search result on Knowledge Management article.
HFix-35661Search functionality does not work as expected (clicking on the search results link does not open the target article).
HFix-35932Users are unable to launch the URL directly from the recently published articles or the Top Rated Article gadget.
