Deleting a case type

Delete a case type in your application when it no longer models your business requirements.

Click Turn editing on in your application.

In the navigation panel, click Cases to view the list of current case types in your application.

Hover over the name of the case type that you are removing, and from the menu, click Delete.

Click OK.
