Pega’s Client Advocacy Program is an invaluable opportunity to share your accomplishments with a broad audience of peers and prospective Pega clients. Share your success in a variety of ways – like serving as a sales reference, being featured in leading media publications, and sharing insights with industry analysts. Program members can choose the activities that interest them the most, with the freedom to participate based on their schedule.

Program benefits

You may be wondering if the Client Advocacy Program is right for you. The program provides both tangible and intangible benefits designed to reward you for your efforts while allowing you to promote your personal brand. Here are some of the major benefits of membership:

Interested in becoming a member?

To become a member, your Pega account team submits a nomination on your behalf. The Advocacy Program team reviews all nominations and will send you a welcome email once approved. If you are interested in joining the program, meet with a member of your account team and request that they review the program with you and complete the nomination process. Keep in mind, we have a few member requirements to check before being nominated.

Membership requirements

Pega understands it's our clients that make our technology great. We are excited to have you advocate and share your achievements on Pega’s behalf. To best position you for success, it is important you are at the right stage of your Pega journey. The right time to request membership is when your Pega implementation has met the following criteria:

Your system is running on Pega Infinity; version 8.4 or above

Your business unit is live and in production with your Pega application

You are comfortable articulating publicly how you use Pega, and benefits achieved

Program activities & Pega Points

Members have the freedom to participate in the activities that are of interest to them. Here are the program activities and the Pega Points earned per activity:
  • Sales references: Share your story with prospective clients through reference calls or in-person site visits.
  • Press & analyst activity: Engage with the media and analysts via interviews and surveys.
  • Case studies & videos: Tell a story about your organization’s journey with Pega through a written case study or video.
  • Speaking engagements: Share your story at Pega events, industry shows, or during a thought leadership webinar.
  • Client quotes: Provide a quote about your experiences with Pega’s solutions.

Points for Passes

Pega Points can be redeemed for registration and training at in-person PegaWorld events.

Points for Credits

Pega Academy’s courses provide you with the knowledge needed to master our enterprise software. Help enable your team by converting your Pega Points to training credits to apply to any of our course offerings!
