Enrollment Requirements

Pega understands its our clients that make our technology great. We are excited to have you advocate and share your achievements on Pega’s behalf. To best position you for success, it is important you are at the right stage of your Pega journey. The Pega Client Advocacy team welcomes you into the program when your Pega implementation has met the following criteria:

Your system is running on Pega Infinity; version 8.1 or above

Your business unit is live and in production with your Pega application

You are comfortable articulating publicly how you use Pega, and benefits achieved

Engagement Activities & Associated Point Values

You have the freedom to participate in the activities that are of interest to you. Here are just some of the ways to get involved:

  • Sales references: Share your story with prospective clients through reference calls, by hosting virtual reference meetings or in-person site visits.
  • Press & analyst activity: Engage with the media and analysts via interviews and surveys.
  • Case studies & client videos: Tell a story about your organization’s journey with Pega through a written case study or video.
  • Speaking opportunities: Share your story at Pega events, industry shows, or during a thought leadership webinar.
  • Client quotes: Provide a quote about your experiences with Pega’s solutions.

Points for Passes

Pega Points can be redeemed for registration and training at in-person PegaWorld events. At this time, points may be redeemed for a pass to PegaWorld 2022.

750 pts = 1 registration pass

Points for Credits

Pega Academy’s courses provide you with the knowledge needed to master our enterprise software. Help enable your team by converting your Pega Points to training credits to apply to any of our course offerings! 

15 pts = 1 Pega Academy credit

Points for Passion

Passionate about philanthropy? Eager to make a difference in the lives of others? Convert your Pega Points into a cash value and donate to a charity on behalf of your company.
