I am experiencing an issue when trying to access the Blueprint dashboard. The page fails to load and displays the following message:

“An error has occurred. Error ID: abca24ce-7cf0-4e50-95e2-4d9137477657.”

This problem seems to affect only one user, while others in my organization are able to access the Blueprint portal normally. Because of this, I suspect the issue may be related to my Blueprint entitlements, access configuration, or a backend failure associated with my Pega ID.

Could you please advise which is the appropriate support channel to resolve this type of access issue (Blueprint entitlement verification or PegaID account review)?
