How to Submit for Hackathon?

#pegahackathon Hi Team, I've following questions.

  • Is there any Link where the submission to be uploaded? Is there any specific portal?
  • Alongside, I'm participating in Category 1. Do I need to upload the Blueprint document as well along with Video Submission?
  • Finally, since I'm participating in Category 1, I understood only Blueprint needs to be developed. Do I also need to build the working app to demonstrate its capability? 

Please suggest.
