Cookie Consent Pop-up on Login in Pega Constellation

Hi Guys,

When users log in to the Pega application built on the Constellation architecture, they are presented with a cookie consent pop-up. please refer to the screen shot.

Is there a way to disable or suppress this cookie consent prompt during login?
