Overview

SortSpoke's Connector for Pega is a cloud-based data extraction tool that uses AI/ML to help RPA teams turn even the hardest documents into data with ease. SortSpoke is intended to assist users in extracting relevant data from unstructured documents. It is not intended to run in a completely automated fashion, nor is it intended to replace traditional form-based data capture, although it can be configured to accomplish both of those scenarios.

Key Features

  • Documents in, structured data out: With our human-in-the-loop approach you can get SortSpoke up and running in as little as one day on any document type you want, even the hardest ones you can't manage with OCR, pre-trained models, or other approaches.
  • User-driven: SortSpoke is put into the hands of your process subject matter experts who do the work on the front lines today. No need for specialized resources. No complex setup required; no templates to setup and maintain, no exhaustive up-front training to do, and no complicated rules to build out.
  • We focus on quickly delivering outcomes: Increasing staff productivity, decreasing errors introduced by manual data entry, helping to manage team capacity in busy periods, and decreasing turnaround times.
  • Our customers love us: From insurance to financial services, from underwriters to auditors, SortSpoke provides easy-to-use automation for even the hardest document processing workflows.
