The Customer Service Process Fabric Hub connector handles additional mapping for required attributes of assignments and cases from remote applications to Pega Process Fabric Hub. It supports fetching the assignments, work queues, cases, and operator’s data from Pega Process Fabric Hub and is leveraged in various widgets across the remote applications to provide a consistent user experience when working remote cases and assignments in the Customer Service Constellation desktop.
