Overview

The Customer Service PFRemote Connector is responsible for launching traditional UI or Theme-Cosmos remote cases in the Customer Service on Constellation interaction portal during interaction context, resulting in the display of the remote cases showing only the case’s original work area when it’s launched. The connector provides circumstancing infrastructure support to configure the remote case harness to display only the work area within the consuming interaction context and adds capabilities to propagate interaction data to the remote cases and vice versa.

  • Helps to run traditional UI and Theme-Cosmos remote cases with an intuitive user experience of the remote case display in the Customer Service Constellation desktop during interaction context.
  • Provides circumstancing infrastructure support to configure the remote case harness to display only the work area when it’s launched from interaction context within the Constellation interaction portal.
  • Support passing interaction data to remote cases and vice versa.
  • Support passing traditional remote cases dialog data back to Constellation to avoid additional dialog configuration during the implementation.
