This component provides a pre-built web chatbot experience built with Pega Sales Automation that leverages the lead and appointment creation APIs across conversational channels to create leads and appointments with prospects 24 X 7.
The chatbot walks the user through a product selection process, capturing important customer preferences and information along the way. The collected data is then turned into a lead for a specific rep in Pega Sales automation leveraging lead routing rules. The chat bot also appropriately updates Organization, Contact, Activities, Tasks, Pulse cases in SA. The chat bot also presents the user with available times for that particular rep, and when the user confirms their appointment, the agent’s calendar is automatically updated.
