Overview
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio allows users to build and send personalized email, deliver promotional, transactional, and triggered messages and track performance. The downloadable connector allows CDH users to seamlessly connect to Salesforce Marketing Email Studio without having the need to build a custom integration. As part of the integration, CDH users will be able to leverage email templates within the CDH environment, personalize them, generate the actual Next Best Action (NBA) treatments and use Email Studio to deliver these messages. Users can leverage Email Studio to track responses and monitor performance of all your triggered messages and outbound campaigns.
