A configurable integration framework with built-in service adapters to facilitate translation, consolidation, and orchestration of services in between Pega & Facets. Built on top of Pega Customer Service for Healthcare (CSHC) 8.x it can connect with Facets web services for data exchange leveraging in-built APIs.
