Analysis of logs revealed activity PegaCA-Work.CALoadMyProcessActions caused the issue via the following query returning too much data: select pzPVStream from pc_assign_workbasket where pyAssignmentStatus >= ? and pyAssignmentStatus <= ? and pxAssignedOperatorID >= ? and (pxAssignedOperatorID <= ? or pxAssignedOperatorID like 'Complaints%') and pxObjClass = ? order by pzInsKey
