Delete button does not display for attachements

Summary
Delete button displays incorrectly on opening the Advanced link from an attachment.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the History and Attachment page.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The images/trash_disabled.gif binary file was not available.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Download the pzgreydelete binary file.
- Rename the file as trash_disabled.gif.
- Create a new binary file for trash_disabled.gif.
- Accept the trash_on binary as reference.
