connect-rest resource path don't accept resource settings

Summary
In the rest connector resource settings a property is accessed from a parameterized Data page.
At run time the connector throws error as it cannot resolve this Global Resource Settings.
Error Messages
The reference =D_ExternalIntegration[resourceType:"AccessURL"].RestEndpointURL is not valid. Reason: Page name (D_ExternalIntegration[resourceType:"AccessURL"]) from indirect reference was not found.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a REST connector rule.
- In the Resourch path refer a property from a parameterized DataPage.
- Invoke the rest comnnector.
- Check Pega logs.
Root Cause
The Global resource settings sysntax does not support parameterized Data pages.
A property can only be referred to from a parameterless plain Data Page.
Resolution
Use only parameterless Data Page.
