Summary

In an attachments section, user is unable to expand and collapse the section header.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a section.
2. Include Layout Group Accordian in the section.
3. Include the Out Of The Box Attachments section in the layout group.
4. Save and run the usecase. 

    

5. Expand the Attachment section header,add files and try to collapse the section header. User is unable to collapse it.


 

Root Cause

The behavior is observed as per screen design. In order that the custom requirement is met, the alternate suggestion is to include multiple dynamic layouts. 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change steps:

1. Use Dynamic Layout(Dynamic Layout - 1)  instead of Layout Group Accordian.
2. Insert the required sections in the Dynamic layout(Dynamic Layout - 1.1, Dynamic Layout 1.2 respectively)  with collapsible headers.
3. Save and run the usecase.
