Summary
The on-change action for a dropdown is invoked incorrectly when user embeds ChatMashup.
Error Messages
In Browser console: Uncaught TypeError: pega.util.Dom.findInnerText is not a function.
Steps to Reproduce
Configure a dropdown with an on-change event.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pzIncludeMashupScripts activity does not include pzpega_yui_extensions_plus.js as expected.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Include the pzpega_yui_extensions_plus.js file in the ChatBot section.
