Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

There is a problem in the checksum calculation for VTable, which affects invalidation of the VTable cache entry for the rule.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

Set "initialization/persistrequestor/usepagelevelpassivation" to "true" in prconfig.xml. This bypasses the defect.
