Pega Custom DX Components

We have built the Custom DX components that can be used across Industries to fulfill their needs.

1. Easy to plugin.
2. Field level components are easy to configure.
3. Child cases/Sibling cases widgets are now available on both Review and Perform harness for quick navigations.
4. Quick Links – Quick navigation to different landing pages and cases from one screen.
5. Email Template – Easier to generate the summary of the email based on the case context. Email templates integrated with Gen AI to provide more contextual information based on the case context and the user prompt. We have Outlook button to integrate with Microsoft outlook.
6. Gen AI Attachment Summary – The intent is read through the document and provide the summary with the help of GenAI. We have a limitation to a single page currently. However, we are planning to enhance in future releases.
7. Image Extraction – The intent is read the image and extract the text information for easier to type on the case input as required.
