Remove "Select..."/disable category drop-down in pyAttachContent

Summary
After presetting the Category by adding a Property-Set (pyCategory = "#Category") step before Java step in pyUploadFile, the category drop-down in pyAttachContent flowaction to attach files still show the "Select..." in drop-down.
The users can select other options from the Category drop-down, and once user select that, it will attach the file to the wrong category.
User requires a way to hide or remove the "Select..." or disable the drop-down.

Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Disable the drop-down, or make it read-only by setting two other properties in the second-step of pyUploadFile activity.
