Hyphens are not visible when Integer property type has no value

Hyphens are not visible when the Integer property type does not have a value. However, the hyphens are visible when the Text property type does not have a value.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create section with Text input an Integer properties
- Run the flow
Root Cause
Pega does not handle the scenario to display hyphens for Integer and Decimal property type when the value is empty.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change: Include the below code in the UserWorkForm.<style>
.content-inner > .field-item > span > span:empty:after
{ content: '\2014\2014' !important;
color: #808080 !important;
}
.gridTable .dataValueRead span > span:empty:after
{ content: '\2014\2014' !important;
color: #808080 !important;}
.gridTable .dataValueRead span:empty:after
{ content: '\2014\2014' !important;
