Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade from Pega 7.22 to Pega 7.3.
- Upgrade from Pega Onboarding for Financial Services (OBFS) 7.21 to Pega OBFS 7.31.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: In Pega OBFS 7.31, the CLM skin of Ruleset PegaCLMFS-UI:07-31-25 must be used.
To separate UX rules from Business rules, move the CLM skin to the PegaCLMFS-UI ruleset. In the application ruleset stack at the user end, the PegaCLMFS-UI ruleset is not present. Therefore, the PegaCLMFS-UI ruleset must be included in the Application ruleset stack.
