Pick-Country-i18n does not display selected value on refresh

Summary
When using the Pick-Country-i18n out-of-the-box control in an editable grid, the selected value does not display on refresh in the Input or the Perform mode.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the Pick-Country-i18n control in a repeat grid
- Enable inline editing on the row.
- On the work form, add a row to the grid and pick a country from the list.
- Click outside the row.
- Double click to edit the row. The picklist does not display the selected value. It displays the placeholder instead.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43592.
