Getting OutofMemory in the Batch server

Summary



Developer is maintaining the Batch server separately for Batch process (Agents and Listeners).
Recently they got an error in their log file "java.lang.OutofMemory: java heap space" because of PersistRequestor are ideal for a long time.

"java.lang.OutofMemory: java heap space"


Steps to Reproduce

Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.
Customer initial heap space memory is less.


Resolution



The explanation for this behavior is as follows:

The initial heap space memory is less at customer environment. Suggested the customer to increase heap space memory to 4gb from 2gb.
