Add and Update option for table do not work

Summary
System stops working when the Purpose is set as 'Add or Update' and the Update type is set as 'if source is not blank' while importing data to the Data Type rule.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a Date property as a key along with another property in the Data Type rule
- Upload an Excel sheet with a row which has blank for a non-key column
- Import the data > Add or Update option and select the 'Update type' as 'if source is not blank' as shown below.
Root Cause
The Date column is present as a key of the class.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49859.
