Additional option displays in Create New Case menu post update to Pega 7.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce
- Update to Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 7.3.1
- Open the Application definition and uncheck the 'Show in New Menu' checkbox for one case type
- Run the flow. The case type displays in the new Menu option
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:- Configure the case to display Create menu an perform a Save
- Navigate to Designer Studio > Cases > Click the right side drop down for the case (BulkUploadCase for this example)
- Unselect the option 'Remove from Create Menu'
