ADM data lost after server restart

SA-18749

Summary

ADM model does not persists on disabling the "FAIL SAFE” mode. User has configured the ADM to persist learnings, but looks like that is not happening. All the learnings / training data of ADM models were getting lost when the server is restarted.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Add some data of ADM, its getting lost when server is restarted

Root Cause

By default, FailSafeEnabled setting is TRUE in PostgreSQL. This mode puts the JDBC connection away from auto-commit and fails to put it back to auto-commit, thereby making ADM backups not commit to the database. This is on a per connection basis, so some connections would still save, but others won’t save the data.

Now, disabling the “FAIL SAFE” mode option (from Decisioning -> Infrastructure -> Services), the changes are not getting reflected in the database. However, data is persisting into database on manually setting the FailSafeEnabled configuration to false.
