Summary

After upgrade to  Pega 7.1.9  with Next Best Action Advisor (NBAA) 7.13)  from Pega 7.1.7 (NBAA 7.11.1) in production system, user notices the Models are created twice, refer below screenshot. User requires to know the impact of this in the Next best action. 

User also wants to consolidate the learnings into a single model.

Set Responses after the system is upgraded from NBAA 7.11.1 to 7.13.

Root Cause

As part of the integration of NBAA with Pega Marketing in 7.13; the channel and direction values set by 'PegaOMF-ON-Data-InteractionDetails.pyDefault' Data Transform have been changed. A change in these values results in new models being created in the upgraded environment.

Resolution

Before upgrading to Pega with NBAA on 7.1.9/ 7.13 a database script can be run to update the channel and direction values (as in 7.13) which will not create new models in the upgraded environment.
