Advanced Notes popup is not sized properly

Summary
When using the Advanced Notes functionality, user notices that when the ‘Add Note’ section is opened, the section is not maximized instead scroll bars are provided.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the Advanced notes screen.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
Copy Data-WorkAttach-Note.AttachingScreenNote section into your custom ruleset and include a non-autogenerated section with the code below at the end of it.
