AES 7.1.7 prlogging.xml issue

Summary
User configured prlogging.xml at node (PRPC 6.3 SP1) to send SOAP to AESv7.1.7. Error in SystemERR.log and AES does not get the SOAP calls.

Steps to Reproduce
Start the node.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the AES monitored nodes’ logging configuration. The port in EndPointURL was incorrect.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
The SOAP port of the EndPointURL in the monitored nodes’ prlogging.xml was rectified.
