Agent Schedule is deleted but not refreshed by Master Agent
Agent Schedule status is deleted, but it is not refreshed by the Master Agent.
Steps to Reproduce
There is no specific use case to reproduce this issue.
The root cause of this problem is a backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Manually open such agent rules and resave them.
